Tue 10/16	Congress of Vienna	One day lesson; reading and discussion of Congress of Vienna. Also students get a talk about the college application process and the need for them to get 3 letters of recommendation from teachers.

Fri 10/12	Simon Bolivar and Latin American Revoltions	Reading and map lesson about Simon Bolivar, Latin-American Revoltions, and the Geography of South America.
Thur 10/11	Napoleon	Reading and map lesson about Napoleon and his ill-fated invasion of Russia. Last day of the Marking Period.

Wed 9/5	Set up student blog pages	Students go to blogger.com to set up your own blog page. You will need a working email address to do this. And your email address will be your log in and password. Your blog name should be professional: something like "Joe's History Blog". Don't worry so much about the template for your blog, you can change that at any time.
